What amenities can I expect to find in the properties?
We've spared no expense on furnishings, fixtures, decor and linens in
our Ko Olina properties. Your luxurious "home away from home" is
complete with a fully outfitted kitchen, dishwasher with detergent,
washer/dryer with laundry detergent and dryer sheets, plenty of bath
towels and beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie board, surf
board (select properties), soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers and
alarm clocks. Wi-fi internet access, flat screen TVs, DVD players, Cable
channels and unlimited Hawaii calling help to keep you connected. See a

What amenities does the gated Ko Olina Kai community have?
You will have access to a wide array of amenities and services,
including a community pool, children's pool, several barbecue areas, a

Are these properties air conditioned?
Yes. Each of our properties has its own independent central air-conditioning system with wall-mounted digital thermostats.
How far is it to the Lagoons/Beach and what can we do there?
It is a reasonably short distance from our properties to the four
inviting oceanfront Lagoons. Drive time: 2-3 minutes. Bicycle time: 3-5
minutes. Walk time: 7-10 minutes. There is ample vehicle parking, but
the spaces can fill up. There is also golf cart parking available at the
beach parking lots. All 4 Ko Olina Lagoons are accessible by our guests
and are not restricted from use. The lagoons are ideal for sunbathing,
swimming, snorkeling, playing in the sand, reading a good book, walk
along the 1.5 mile path along the oceanfront, enjoying beachfront dining
at Kolohe's....and more! (Please observe all posted rules and remember
that while the beaches are very calm, it is important to keep a close
and watchful eye on young children playing near the ocean.)
How far is it to the Pool?
The 3BD Luxury Villa is very close to the pool and it is a short
1-minute walk from the front door to the pool entrance gate. The 4BD
Estate Home is further down the street, but the pool is still within
walking distance (approximately a 2-3 minute walk). There are 3 cabanas
and BBQ grills available on a first-come first-serve basis at the pool. A
separated shallow section of the pool is ideal for younger children who
do not yet swim independently. There are plenty of pool chairs and
you'll just need to bring beach towels from the vacation rental.
What are the rates and how does the reservation process work?

for more details. Total reservation costs include the nightly rate, a
cleaning fee, Hawaii taxes and a refundable security deposit. The
security deposit is typically pre-authorized to a credit card 7-days
prior to check-in and the authorization is automatically released after
checkout as long there was no damage caused to the property. A minimum
stay of 4-nights is required except during peak-season (Nov. 21-Jan. 6),
when a minimum 7-night stay is required. Reservations are accepted up
to one year in advance and we do book up months ahead of time so Contact us today to secure your reservation dates!
Do you offer any kind of discounts?
We are happy to extend a 5% discount to members of the Military as well
as to any of the guests that have stayed at our properties in the past
and wish to return. On occasion we will offer limited-time offers and
discounts based on availability. Contact us today for a rate quote.
Is there a fitness center in Ko Olina?
Yes, but it is not free to the public and is a fee-based amenity. The Ko Olina Sports Club is open daily from 5am-10pm and is located adjacent to the world-renowned Ko Olina Golf Club.
Enjoy access to the Fitness Center, Tennis Center and Locker Rooms. The
nearby Ko Olina Golf Club Snack Bar is open 6am-6pm and serves healthy
beverages, fresh brewed Kona Coffee, light snacks, fresh-made breakfast

property address, but the location of the development within Ko Olina

Are golf carts allowed in Ko Olina and are they a good way to get around?
Yes, Ko Olina is a golf community and does allow the use of golf carts.
They are indeed a fun way to get around, to go to the beach, to the
pool, a restaurant or to just get out for some fresh air. We do not
provide golf cart rentals due to the potential liability involved. (Please
note: All guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property
by golf carts or other vehicles and may be subject to the loss of
security deposits and may incur additional charges should such damages
occur)
Do we need to have a car and, if so, where can we park?
Yes, you will need a rental car. At the 4 BD Estate Home there is a
2-car garage and driveway that can be used for parking. At the 3 BD
Luxury Villa there is a 1-car garage and driveway for parking. Any
additional cars must have a GUEST PARKING PASS and park in designated
guest parking areas only. Guest parking passes must be obtained in
person from the HOA office right next to the pool. They are open during
regular business hours. (Please make sure you park in the correct
places and do n ot block any neighboring driveways or garages as most of
the neighbors are full-time residents.)
Is there a recommended airport shuttle or airport transportation?
Yes, we recommend A&R Tours that operates locally out of Ko Olina.
They have great service, reasonable prices and can pick-up or drop-off
at the airport. Please contact them ahead of time to schedule
transportation for anyone in your group that may need it. You can reach

Miscellaneous answers:
Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. An early check-in
or a late checkout is not guaranteed and is based on availability.
The vacation rentals are 100% smoke-free, inside and out. If you or
anyone in your group smokes, we advise you to find other accommodations.
We have a strict "No Party Policy" which means that guests are to
keep the noise to a minimum and to ensure that they are being respectful
to the full-time neighboring residents in the area. We want our guests
to have fun and enjoy themselves, but to not let anything get out of
hand.
There is a fixed phone line in each property with unlimited local
calling included. High-speed wireless Internet access is also available
at no additional cost, but remember to bring your own computer (BYOC)!

We do not offer trades for time in our properties for time in your vacation rental.

Are these properties air conditioned?

How far is it to the Pool, Spa and Wellness Center?
The indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, spa and wellness center are a short
two minute walk away to the west entrance of the main Zermatt Resort
building. The pool and hot tubs are accessed on the 1st floor, the Spa
is on the 2nd floor and the Wellness Center is on the 3rd floor.

Zermatt Resort Wellness Center, located on the 3rd floor of the main
Zermatt Resort building, a short two minute walk from the property.

800 Bigler Lane, Midway, Utah, 84049 (This is not the exact
property address, but will take you to the Zermatt Resort, right around
the corner from the property. The exact property address will be
provided after the reservation is finalized).
Are there restaurants nearby?
