Our Core Purpose is about surpassing expectations and that can
only be done by respecting your privacy, by protecting your personal contact

We love utilizing secure
and proven technologies in our day-to-day business activities. Here are a few
of the tools that we currently use:
LiveRez This is our
complete reservation system, including this website, property profiles,
availability calendars, property management documentation, housekeeping
services, business reports, owner login access and reservation accounting
information. Many of the key operational activities that are performed in the
business are handled through our secure LiveRez web-based reservation system
and property management portal.
This system is securely
integrated with our merchant account (Vacation Rent
Payment), our vacation rental insurance provider (CSA
Travel Protection) and our internal accounting software (QuickBooks). As of
2011 more than 500 property management companies throughout the world utilize
the LiveRez iContact
This web-based communication service platform enables us to keep in touch with
our guests and property owners. Subscribers can opt-out (unsubscribe) at
any time and we always try to make sure that our messages are as relevant and
interesting as possible. We also use iContact to
occasionally conduct anonymous surveys so that we can gain a better
understanding of what we can be doing to improve our business and to enhance
the guest experience in our vacation homes.
Highrise(by 37signals)
This is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
which which we populate with basic contact details for guests and owners. We
track important tasks for each reservation and make sure that everything is
being done to ensure a wonderful experience in our vacation homes.
QuickBooks This is our
internal accounting software which is used to track income, expenses and
liabilities related to guests, reservations, vacation homes, property owners
and our other day-to-day business operations. QuickBooks enables us to create
invoices for each reservation, to record all payments and to generate detailed
reports for the property owners we represent and also for our own accounting
and tax purposes.
We currently utilize the
desktop software version (not web-based), with frequent local backups being
made to secure storage devices in order to prevent against any critical data
losses. We manage all of our QuickBooks activities in-house and utilize
accounting and tax professionals as needed for consulting and for annual tax
preparation purposes.

Security of Data
Regardless of what systems we use for various activities in our business, we
always strive to ensure that sensitive information is protected from
vulnerabilities. Only select people in our company are given access to the
systems currently in use, with each user having their own login credentials to
ensure the integrity of the database and to prevent anyone from accessing
information that they should not have access to. If a member of our Team moves
on to work for another company then their login credentials are immediately revoked.
Additionally, in the event
that a piece of digital documentation contains any credit card details, social
security numbers or FEIN information, that data will be both password protected
and encrypted. Decryption of such data can only be done by those in possession
of the decryption key. The purpose of these and other security measures is to
go above and beyond what is required by law in order to do our very best to
ensure the protection of our client's personal information.
